General conditions of sale

1 - Booking

Any reservation must be accompanied by a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total price of your rental and any ancillary services booked at the same time. If the reservation is made 7 days before the start of the stay, 100% of the amount of the stay will then be paid to guarantee the reservation.

This payment must reach us within 5 working days after your reservation request. After this time, your option will be cancelled. Your reservation is considered final as soon as it has been confirmed by us (sending a reservation confirmation by email). Without confirmation from us, your reservation cannot be considered final.

The full price of your rental and any additional services are due 7 days before the start of your stay. In case of late reservation, less than 7 days before arrival, the total amount of the stay will be claimed when booking. In the event of a balance not paid 7 days before arrival, Les Roches du Mont Blanc reserves the right to consider your reservation as cancelled and to apply accordingly the cancellation conditions provided for this purpose and defined below.

The methods of payment accepted are: bank cards (excluding AMEX), vacation vouchers and cash.

2 - Price

Our prices include all taxes included and include the provision of accommodation, charges included (water, electricity, heating), the installation of linen (sheets, towels and bath sheets), end-of-stay cleaning, except for tourist tax, payable directly on site (at the rate of 2€/adult/day).

Optional services: our accommodation rates do not include additional optional services offered online and on site.

In the event of an increase in VAT or tourist tax, or the application of any new taxes relating to the price, Les Roches du Mont Blanc reserves the right to apply this increase to the rates without notice and on the application of the new rate on the effective date.

4 - Modification/Cancellation of stay and additional services by the customer

In case of cancellation or modification, you must notify us by email at info@roches-montblanc.com, the date of receipt determining the date of modification or cancellation.

Any modification of stay will be subject to the possibility of the establishment to offer the stay on other dates or for a different number of people. If it is impossible to propose the desired modification, the cancellation conditions mentioned below will apply.

If you notify us more than 30 days before the start of your stay, the cancellation is free and all payments made will be returned.

If the cancellation occurs between 30 and 7 days prior to your arrival, we keep 30% of the total amount of your stay including ancillary services.

If the cancellation or modification occurs between 7 days and the day of your arrival, we keep 100% of the total amount of the stay including ancillary services.

If you do not show up at the place of your stay, we keep 100% of the total amount of the stay including ancillary services.

Absence of the right of withdrawal: We wish to recall that under article L 221-28-12 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to accommodation, transport, catering and leisure services provided on a date or at a specific frequency. Therefore, all reservations and orders made on our website and with our operator cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal.

In accordance with article L211-14 II of the Tourism Code, you have the right to cancel the contract before the start of the trip or stay without paying resolution fees if exceptional and unavoidable circumstances, occurring at the place of destination or in the immediate vicinity of it, have significant consequences on the execution of the contract or on the transport of passengers to the place of destination. In this case, you are entitled to a full refund of the payments made, without additional compensation.

5 - Arrival and departure

The keys are handed over from 17:00 on the day of your arrival. They must be returned by 10:00am on the day of your departure.

6 - Security deposit

A security deposit is required upon arrival. It will be returned to you at the end of the stay after payment of the services consumed on site and after deduction of the compensation retained for any damage caused and missing objects (based on an inventory that is communicated at the beginning of the stay, modifiable within the first 48 hours of the stay and signed by the customer), at the latest 7 days after your departure.

The security deposit will be made via a bank imprint and is in the amount of:

  • 500€ for a studio or one-bedroom apartment
  • 600€ for a T2 cabin or T3
  • 700€ for a T3 cabin or T4
  • 800€ for a T4 cabin, T4 dormitory or T5
  • 1000€ for a T6 double cabins

7 - Animals

Pets are accepted upon presentation of an anti-rabies certificate or vaccination record (one animal maximum per apartment), subject to the payment of a fixed amount per animal: €125 for a week or €18 per day. Payment is made when you book your stay.

8 - Internal regulations

In order to make your vacation easier, internal regulations are available in our residence; we thank you for reading and respecting them.

During your stay, we ask you to:

  • Do not mount skis, ski boots, sledges and any ski equipment in the apartments, in the corridors or on the balconies.
  • Respect your allocated parking space (one space per apartment)
  • Pick up your animal's droppings
  • Respect the tranquility of the neighborhood after 22:00
  • No smoking in the apartments
  • Do not throw cigarette butts in the public areas of the residence
  • Do not hang laundry on balcony railings

At the end of the stay:

  • Wash dishes and store them in kitchen furniture
  • Clean the kitchen and its cooking equipment (oven, stove, microwave)
  • Group the linen (sheets and towels) in a bathroom
  • Keep mattress protectors and pillowcase protectors in place
  • Place your trash cans in the bins at the entrance of the residence

In the event of a breach of these rules, as well as in the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to charge a fixed amount of at least €150 for the damage caused or the non-compliance with these rules. Any omissions of personal items inside the apartment when the premises were vacated cannot engage our responsibility. We will do our best to store them for a period of one year, waiting for your statement regarding the lost items.

9 - Interruption of stay

A premature departure or an interruption of stay cannot give rise to any reimbursement from Les Roches du Mont Blanc.

10 - Possible modification of our programs and cancellation of the stay by Les Roches du Mont Blanc

If circumstances require us to do so, in the event of events beyond our control, and/or in the event of force majeure, we reserve the right to partially or completely modify our programs (total or partial closure of a site, common equipment such as a swimming pool, restaurant, massage room, etc.).

The services and activities announced, as part of the health upgrade of benefits, the services and activities announced, in the context of leisure activities on site, may be modified without notice according to certain local requirements (cultural, sporting, political events, etc.) during which the services would no longer be available.

However, if before the date of the stay and in the event of external events imposed on it or exceptional and unavoidable circumstances, Les Roches du Mont Blanc was forced to modify an essential element of the contract or to cancel your stay, it undertakes to inform you as soon as possible and to offer you, as far as possible, equivalent or better alternatives. In the absence of agreement on your part on the proposed alternative solution, Les Roches du Mont Blanc will reimburse you in full for the payments made, in accordance with articles L 211-13 and L 211-14 of the Tourism Code.

11 - Complaint

You have 48 hours after your arrival to report in writing to the establishment's reception any dispute concerning the description, quality or cleanliness of your accommodation. After this period, we will not take into account any complaint relating to the above points.

12 - Dispute resolution

In accordance with ordinance No. 2015-1033 of August 20, 2015 and implementing decree No. 2015-1382 of October 30, 2015, any dispute or so-called consumer dispute, subject to article L.211-3 of the Consumer Code (http://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichCodeArticle.do?idArticle=LEGIARTI000031076294&cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006069565), may be the subject of an amicable settlement by mediation with the CMAP — Center for Mediation and Arbitration of Paris (), may be the subject of an amicable settlement by mediation with the CMAP — Center for Mediation and Arbitration of Paris. 13 - General and specific conditions

The reservation of one of our stays implies the acceptance of our general and particular conditions of sale. We present a general description and photos of our apartments for information purposes only. Some apartments are equipped for people with reduced mobility. For more details, do not hesitate to contact us by email at info@roches-montblanc.com or call us on 09.74.13.01.12. We also remind you that any request regarding a specific orientation or situation of the apartment is considered as a preference and does not constitute a contractual guarantee. All information concerning sports and leisure activities in mountain resorts, as well as their surroundings, is sent to us by the tourist offices and is provided to you for information purposes only. They cannot engage our responsibility in the event that one of them no longer exists during your stay. For any further information relating to village life, please contact the Combloux tourist office directly.

14 - Responsibility

We would like to bring to your attention the fact that renting a tourist residence is not within the scope of the responsibility of hoteliers. Consequently, Les Roches du Mont Blanc cannot be held liable in the event of loss, theft or damage to personal effects in our residence, both in the apartments and in the car park or in the common areas (ski room).

Les Roches du Mont Blanc may be held liable in the event of a breach of its obligations, within the limits set by law.

15 - Bloctel device

In accordance with article L 223-2 of the Consumer Code, we inform you of your right to register on the “Bloctel” telephone solicitation opposition list (https://www.bloctel.gouv.fr/).
