Les Roches du Mont Blanc is a commercial brand that includes all the hotel management activities of the Roches du Mont Blanc residence located in Combloux. Our vocation is to offer unique and personalized lifestyle experiences by constantly adapting our services and products to the sensitivities of our customers.

This Les Roches du Mont Blanc personal data management policy is an annex to the GTC (“General Conditions”) and therefore has contractual value. In the event of a contradiction between the GTC and this policy, the GTC will prevail, which the user of our sites acknowledges and accepts.

Section 6. For how long is personal data collected?

- History of stays and consumption: The personal data of customers who have not booked, stayed or consumed in our residence are deleted after a period of 5 years. Consumption data and historical stays are anonymized and used only for statistical purposes.

- Bank details: Credit card numbers are automatically deleted one day after the customer leaves.

- Information on the participants in the stay: The personal data of the participants in the stay who have not booked, stayed or consumed again at our residence are deleted after a period of 5 years.

- Billing data: Invoices are archived for a period of 5 years.

- Feedback from satisfaction questionnaires: They are kept nominatively for a period of 5 years, then used anonymously for statistical purposes.

- Recruitment data: The CVs of unrecruited candidates are kept for 3 years.
